Recent D-Force News
D-Force did very well in this past weekend's Beat the Heat Tournament in Dallas. We were placed 5th seeded in the winners bracket compared to other teams in the PSSA league that are ranked higher in the league. We came out to play and we showed that we are a team to underestimate. We will take what we learned on the field to push to the End of the Season tournament which will decide on who will go to the World Series. Thanks to all the fans...
Today we played the Powerstrokes and number one Blue Devils. We played like a team in tune against the Powerstrokers....out bats and defense were on fire and we came out with another 3rd straight win for our team. The Blue Devils are the number one team in the league and we gave them a run for their money. We pretty much held up with them until we were having errors and our bats seemed to just fizzel out Again, we proved that we can play with stronger teams and make them shudder a bit. Next week is Beat the Heat tournament and it will be time to show our strength again to the rest of the league and to other city teams.
D-Force had an excellent game day today. First, we played the Dallas Assassins. We started off slow but as soon as we warmed up, our bats were on fire! Watch our PSSA league, there is a new sheriff in town. We were victorious over the higher standing Assassins. Next, D-Force played the Illume Envy. Envy started off strong but started showing their weakness on their team. Our bats and defense remained strong and we won against Evny; they being bat-ruled out. This shows how D-Force is a team to still not underestimate on the field.
