Week of 5/13/12 Games

05/13/2012, 6:32pm (CDT)
By Albert Morales

D-Force had an excellent game day today.  First, we played the Dallas Assassins.  We started off slow but as soon as we warmed up, our bats were on fire!  Watch our PSSA league, there is a new sheriff in town.  We were victorious over the higher standing Assassins.  Next, D-Force played the Illume Envy.  Envy started off strong but started showing their weakness on their team.  Our bats and defense remained strong and we won against Evny; they being bat-ruled out.  This shows how D-Force is a team to still not underestimate on the field.

Austin Tournament

05/06/2012, 10:04pm (CDT)
By Albert Morales

D-Force played some of the best D teams in the State of Texas.  We played with great aggression and came together more as a team.  We will use what we learned in Austin to play better against the other in our Dallas league.  D-Forcer's be proud and hang your heads up high for we are truely becoming "A Force to Reckon With!"

Game 5 & 6 Summary

04/22/2012, 7:04pm (CDT)
By Albert Morales

Well we played the Outlaws the first game and Demo Crew in the second.  Well, we put in a galant effort but was out scored.  Brock Ellison and Michael Coronado were the MVP's today.  Brock caught a fast pop to his 2nd base area and was able to control the ball.  Michael's picting was phenominal.  Yes we were all disappointed but there are still plenty of games to play.  We are sad to see Saul Rojas go as our head coach but excited to have David Holloman step up to his place.  We wish Saul and his Storm team best wishes in their organization and future games.  We also like to thank our fans of the P. Posse.  You gals lift our spirits when we are down and cheer us on when we are up.  So....we will learn from our mistakes and have better games next coming Sunday.
